Avalon has supported Hines as appraiser in the investment process on the redevelopment project of the office complex in Via Tortona 25 in Milan.
The complex under investment is composed of 4 floor-to-ceiling assets for office use with a total area of 30,000 sqm, and will undergo redevelopment works aimed at building the first office campus in downtown Milan.
The operation is designed to meet the new requirements for office spaces that have emerged as a result of Covid-19. Flexibility, employee well-being, and sharing of ideas and expertise in compliance with ESG standards are among the main drivers of the redevelopment works that the campus will undergo.
The €200 million investment deal will be finalized in partnership with a foreign institutional investor.
The project is located in an innovative district with an international character, characterized by the presence of the main headquarters of important fashion brands, such as Armani and Ermenegildo Zergna, and the renowned Milan Museum of Cultures. This area will also see the arrival of the blue subway line, which will ensure connection with the rest of the city and benefit from the redevelopment of the Porta Genova area, destined to be a new “green lung” for Milan.
